1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Advaiita (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website at https://advaiita.com (the “Site”), any associated mobile applications, and our services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you are accessing the Services as a business or on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or access the Site or Services.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will attempt to give you notice of material changes, for example by posting a notice on the Site or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect when the Terms were last updated.
3. Other Policies
These Terms refer to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other policies posted on the Site. All such policies are incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms. Your use of the Site and Services must comply with those policies as well.
4. Use of the Services

4.3 License to use: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use (or as otherwise agreed with us).
4.4 Prohibited uses: You must not:
  • use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose;

  • infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others;

  • violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4.5 Suspensions & terminations: We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or we reasonably suspect unlawful or harmful activity. On termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and you must stop all use of the Services.

5. Payment, Fees & Refunds
If you purchase any courses, live classes, or subscriptions via our Site:
  • You agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.

  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.

  • We may change our fees (or introduce new fees) for future services; we’ll provide notice where required by law.

  • If you fail to pay on time we may suspend or cancel your access.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All content on the Site (including but not limited to course videos, written materials, graphics, user interface, trademarks) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Restrictions: Except as expressly permitted, you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works of any part of the Services.
6.3 User-Generated Content: If you upload or submit any content (e.g., comments, reviews, discussion contributions), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content in connection with the Services. You represent that you own or have rights to that content, and it does not violate anyone’s rights.
7. Disclaimers & Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

  • We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content or results you may obtain from using the Site.

  • You agree that you use the Site at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, officers, directors or employees will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or use arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. Our total aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or £100, whichever is greater.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your relationship with us will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. You agree that any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Services; or (c) any content you upload or submit.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may include links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We provide those links for convenience only and do not control or endorse them. We are not responsible for their content, availability or any damage arising from your use of them.
12. Modifications & Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.
13. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with any policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals (whether oral or written, between you and us).
