At Advaiita, we aim to provide a high-quality learning experience through live classes, recorded courses, and instructor-led sessions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund or cancellation.
By purchasing any class, course, or subscription through our platform, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
We encourage you to read course descriptions carefully before making a purchase and to contact us at admin@advaiita.com if you have any questions before booking.
Cancellations by students:
You may cancel a booked class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or a credit to your account.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows:
If you do not attend a scheduled class without cancellation, the fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations by instructors or Advaiita:
If a tutor cancels or the class cannot run due to technical or scheduling issues, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if you have not accessed or downloaded the course content.
Once you start streaming or downloading the material, you lose your right to cancel under UK consumer law (Digital Content – Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Refund requests after the course has been accessed will not be accepted unless there’s a technical issue that prevents access.
If you are subscribed to a recurring plan, you can cancel at any time through your account settings.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
If you experience a technical or billing issue, please contact us — we’ll review and resolve it fairly.
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
If you are unable to access a live session or course due to technical difficulties caused by us, we will offer to:
reschedule the class, or
provide a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Please report technical issues promptly to [insert support email] so we can assist you.
Individual instructors or tutors may have additional refund rules for their classes.
These will be stated clearly on the course or class page. If no special terms are stated, this general Refund Policy applies.
